Produced with no additives from finely minced pork from our own farm in natural beef casings. Ingredients: pork (shoulder, leg, loin, belly) Includes back fat, sea salt, black pepper, coriander, whole mustard seeds, allspice, chopped garlic and traditional seasoning. Cold smoked with beech wood and air dried for 6-8 weeks.
