'Nduja is a particularly spicy, spreadable pork salami from Italy. It is very similar to sobrassada from the island of Mallorca in Spain. It is typically made with parts of the pig such as the shoulder and belly, as well as roasted peppers and a mixture of spices.

Tasting Note:'Nduja (sometimes spelled N'duja; pronounced "en-doo-ya") is a spicy, spreadable pork sausage that tastes like fine salami. It's a specialty of Calabria, Italy, where it's often spread on bread or mixed into pasta sauce.
