Freshly made to ORDER ONLY with no additives from coarsely minced lamb in natural sheep casings (combined with 30% coarsely minced beef) and spices (usually toasted coriander seed, black pepper, nutmeg, cloves and allspice). Air dried for 12 hours before packing.
