KERRY’S OWN TRADITIONAL SOUTH AFRICAN PORK BOEREWORS: Freshly made daily with no additives from coarsely minced pork (shoulder, leg, loin, belly) Includes back fat, in natural pork 32 mm casings (combined with 30% coarsely minced Kerry Beef) and spices (usually toasted coriander seed, Kerry sea salt, black pepper, Cider vinegar, nutmeg, cloves ground and allspice ground). Air dried for 12 hours before packing.
