Our Vinegar is obtained from magnificent fine wines from Jerez alter an acidification process, where they inherit from he wine all its organic characteristics. Afterwards we mature them in old casks of American Oak via a system of “soleras” and “criaderas”.

Tasting note:

Intense and brilliant mahogany color. On the nose is a strong aroma of dried fruit and touches of old wine from Jerez. On the plate it presents a full flavour, balanced, intense and long.
