Freshly made daily To Order with no additives from finely minced pork from our own farm in natural sheep 22-26 mm casings. Ingredients: pork, (shoulder, leg, loin, belly) Includes pork back fat, rusk(optional), iced cold water, Kerry sea salt, pepper, sage (rubbed), nutmeg, ginger, thyme, cayenne pepper(dried). Air dried for 12 hours before packing.
