Freshly made daily To Order Only with no additives from finely minced pork in natural pork 22-24 mm casings. Ingredients: pork, (shoulder, leg, loin, belly) Includes pork back fat, rusk, iced cold water, Kerry sea salt, black pepper,(course), sugar, fennel seed(cracked), coriander, caraway. Air dried for 12 hours before packing.
